These terms apply to appliance repair bookings made through Go Assist Bournemouth, operated by Go Assist Ltd (company number 08668025).

Booking and appointments

When you book a repair, you agree to provide accurate information about the appliance and fault. Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice may incur a charge.

Repair service

Appliance repairs are carried out by local Go Assist engineers and approved repair partners. Plumbing, electrical and boiler work is completed by approved local partners. A diagnostic fee applies where the engineer determines a repair is not possible or not economically viable.

1-Year guarantee

The 1-year repair guarantee applies to Premium Home Members only. Full guarantee terms are available on the Guarantee page.

Pricing

Repair prices are confirmed before work begins. A call-out and diagnostic fee is charged separately from parts and labour.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
