The Go Assist 1-Year Repair Guarantee
Premium Home Members receive a 1-year guarantee on every appliance repair. If the same fault returns, we come back — no extra call-out charge.
What the 1-year guarantee covers
When a Go Assist engineer repairs your appliance and you are a Premium Home Member, that repair comes with a 1-year guarantee. If the same fault returns within 12 months of the original repair date, we will send an engineer back at no additional call-out charge.
Who qualifies for the guarantee?
The 1-year repair guarantee applies to active Premium Home Members at the time of the repair. Membership must be current at the time the repair is carried out and must remain active for the guarantee to be valid. New members can join via the Go Assist website before booking.
What's not covered
The guarantee does not cover:
- New or unrelated faults arising after the original repair
- Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage or modifications to the appliance
- Appliances that have been moved, altered or serviced by a third party after the original repair
- Cosmetic damage
- Appliances no longer economically repairable at the time of the recall visit
How to claim the guarantee
If the same fault returns within 12 months, contact Go Assist using the same booking methods as before. Have your original repair reference number ready. The recall visit will be arranged at no extra call-out charge to Premium Home Members.
